Large Projects Netherlands (LPN) is verantwoordelijk voor dé grote onshore (nieuwbouw) projecten in Nederland. De projectportfolio van LPN zal de komende jaren verdrievoudigen en daarom zetten wij in op standaardisatie, innovatie en digitalisering in verbinding met anderen. Binnen LPN maken wij de ontwerpen voor alle 380 kV en 220 kV nieuwbouw projecten, in de deelgebieden Noord, Midden, West en Zuid Nederland. De functie lead engineer valt binnen de afdeling Engineering.

Jij bent een technische manager die ervaring heeft in het technisch leiden van grote projecten en sturing kan geven aan mensen en de inhoud kent.

Stel je voor: jij start in juniaan een nieuw project waar wij een nieuwbouw 380 kV station moeten bouwen die in 2029 in bedrijf moet, en jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het technische ontwerp (engineering en technische realisatie). Je begrijpt het al: een flinke klus en een zeer grote verantwoordelijkheid. Om dit voor elkaar te krijgen hebben wij jou nodig!

Engineering is verantwoordelijk voor het technische ontwerp. Bovendien zijn wij verantwoordelijk voor de standaardisatie, innovatie en digitalisering van de techniek (onze assets) binnen LPN in lijn met de technische standaardisatie binnen de AM-keten. Wij werken in nauwe samenwerking met onze collega van het Project Management Office & Service, welke verantwoordelijk is voor de standaardisatie, innovatie en digitalisering van onze processen. Daarnaast zijn andere businessunits zoals Assetmanagement, Grid Field Operations en de andere Large Projects units belangrijke partners hierin.

• Het laten uitvoeren van het engineeringproces tbv stations conform de door de opdrachtgever gedefinieerde scope en binnen de gestelde randvoorwaarden;
• (laten) Opstellen van technische specificaties en werkpakketen, het bewaken van technische compliance en het reviewen van berekeningen, tekeningen, rapportages en analyses van derden;
• Coördineert het hele pakket aan engineeringswerkzaamheden binnen projecten;
• Is desgevraagd (gedelegeerd) verantwoordelijk voor het urenbudget, voortgangsbewaking en het tijdig signaleren van afwijkingen in het technische werkpakket (inclusief GOKIT factoren: Geld,  Organisatie, Kwaliteit, Informatie, Tijd) en stuurt daarop.
• Aansturen van het interne engineeringsteam;
• Zo nodig samenstellen van engineeringteams en onderhouden van de benodigde resources aan engineering om de werkpakketen binnen de gestelde randvoorwaarden tijdig te kunnen leveren.
• Je rapporteert aan meerdere Projectleiders;
• Aansturen en controleren van externe engineeringspartijen;
• Aanspreekpunt en gesprekspartner voor technische vraagstukken met betrekking tot de stations binnen het project;
• Toezien op kwaliteit, performance, geldende (inter)nationale normeringen en richtlijnen op gebied van verbindingen;
• Vertegenwoordigen van het engineeringsteam tijdens het aanbestedingsproces: het voorbereiden van aanbestedingsstukken met betrekking tot de techniek, het reviewen van aanbestedingsdocumenten van derden en het bijwonen van BAFO gespreken met derden;
• De technische en financiële risico’s / kwaliteit beheersen;
• (laten) Uitvoeren van FAT bij niet standaard componenten;
• Signaleert en analyseert projectissues en scopewijzigingen, adviseert en/of beslist over technische alternatieven;
• Zorgt voor de uitgave en borging van technische documentatie ten behoeve van aanbestedingen en projecten, reviewt technische documentatie van derden, inclusief beoordelingen van offertes en  bewaakt de compliance van het project;
• Vertegenwoordigen van het engineeringsteam tijdens de uitvoering van de engineeringsopdracht en realisatie door derden;
• Zorgt voor borging van lessons learned met betrekking tot het engineeringdeel;

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding Elektrotechniek/ Energietechniek;
• Jij hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als Lead Engineer in het technisch leiden van projecten van 380/150kV nieuwbouw stations;
• Je bent in staat om goed in te kunnen opereren in/ervaring hebben met een complexe omgeving met interne en externe stakeholders met (soms) tegenstrijdige belangen;

Jij bent analytisch sterk en kan onderscheid maken tussen hoofd- en bijzaken alsmede de verbanden leggen tussen zaken binnen het project en de project overstijgende onderwerpen;

• Jij bent communicaties sterk in woord en geschrift. Je bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus te communiceren, van werkvloer tot opdrachtgever/managementniveau;

Focus ligt op het technisch leiden van een zeer groot (!) project; 380/150kV nieuwbouw station. Lastigheid en complexiteit zit in de vele stakeholders, bestuurlijke gesprekken, en inpassen van de standaard ontwerpen in een kleine ruimte.

The Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) group is a dynamic team in which engineering, design and leadership skills are combined to effectively support our clients. The Civil Structural Lead Engineer will be responsible for civil and structural engineering and design services for a large variety of brown field and revamp facilities for petrochemical, oil, chemical gas and industrial services. These services comprise of conceptual design, project specifications, basic engineering, extend basic engineering and detailed design and engineering.

In addition regular contact with Client and or Owner representatives, consultants, specialist, vendors and construction contractors for coordination, classification and guidance regarding CSA design, engineering and construction activities.

• Perform CSA design development in several project phases e.g. conceptual design, front-end design, detail engineering and design for integration of new facilities in revamp type projects as well for small grass-root type of multi-disciplinary projects.

This position assists and supports others in a department, subdivision, function, or project. The position relies primarily on established policies, procedures, and applicable work practices to make decisions as they apply to the job duties and responsibilities.

The position reports to the Site Quality Manager and E&I Site Coordinator and provides inspection services to support the site quality program on projects. The purpose of this position is to perform the essential job duties and functions listed below with the overall objective of providing our clients and Fluor with projects that comply with the quality requirements stipulated in our prime contracts.

Review and become familiar with the project technical requirements such as the prime contract, applicable codes, standards, and specifications

• Perform, as directed by supervision, various inspections, examinations, and tests to determine compliance with applicable specifications, drawings, procedures, codes, and standards
• Monitor/inspect project and construction execution by regular surveillance and/or inspection as directed by the Site Quality Manager or supervisor to ensure that they comply with project requirements. Issue surveillance or inspection reports to appropriate parties and follow up until closure as required
• Participate, when requested by the Site Quality Manager or supervisor, with the identification of nonconforming conditions and document them on non-conformance reports
• Review test reports to verify compliance with contractual requirements (this may be delegated to a suitably qualified Fluor Construction Quality person)

Als Senior Projectmanager Techniek ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke voor grote multidisciplinaire projecten. Het is aan jou als Senior Projectmanager Techniek om te zorgen dat de projecten volgens scope, budget en binnen de gestelde tijdslijn afgerond worden. Daarbij ook nog eens zonder dat de lopende fabrieken onnodige stilstand hebben.

In dit project ben je verantwoordelijk voor de scope uitbesteding van engineering en tevens eindverantwoordelijke. Tijdens de stilstand van de fabriek bewaakt je het project. Hieronder valt ook kwaliteit arbeid, milieu & veiligheid. Je stuurt lead engineers aan tijdens de aanloopfase van het project. En tijdens de uitvoering stuur je constructiemanagers aan.

• Het projectbudget, de milestone planning en de overeengekomen specificaties te bewaken;
• Haalbaarheid van het project voortdurend te toetsen aan de hand van heldere business cases;
• Een goede helicopterview te hebben over het gehele project en de (technisch)specialisten aan- en bij te sturen waar nodig;
• Het project in de stuurgroep met verschillende belanghebbende goed te vertegenwoordigen en jouw plannen duidelijk te maken.

• Om de verschillende projecten optimaal te kunnen managen heb je vanzelfsprekend een sterke en aantoonbare affiniteit met techniek en industrie;
• Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding op HBO niveau in een technische discipline, bij voorkeur richting Werktuigbouw of Elektrotechniek;
• Tenminste 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als projectmanager;
• Ervaring in het aansturen van lead engineers en constructiemanagers, teamformaat fase voorbereiding en uitvoeren +15 man;
• De capaciteit om effectief te manoeuvreren binnen de verschillende kennis- en ervaringsniveaus van de medewerkers met wie je werkt;
• Een sterk probleemoplossend en analytisch vermogen en de capaciteit om zaken te kunnen structureren;
• Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve eigenschappen in het Nederlands en Engels.
